Top Country is proud to introduce the latest product to the feeding systems range. The Ration Runner, manufactured by Smarter Rural Pty Ltd and exclusively distributed by Top Country, is a large mobile bulk delivery system that allows for producers to distribute licks and rations into their Top Feeda and Top Tonna from the back of a truck or trailer. It is a cost-effective way of delivering medium to large amounts of supplement products to larger numbers of feed out points.
The Ration Runner positively addresses the effective and efficient delivery of bulk supplements, and completely abolishes the need for the manual handling of all bagged products and the environmental impact of those bags. Currently with an 8-tonne capacity, the Ration Runner 8 has been in development and testing for several years. There are several other Ration Runner sizes now in development.
Ease of Access

- It is remote controlled, with hydraulically driven doors and augers that allow the operator to perform all tasks from the same spot.

Quick, Cost-Effective and
Accurate Delivery of Product
- The product bin is on load cells (scales) with an indicator head that accurately measures how much product has been placed in each Top Feeda.
- The remote-controlled hydraulic doors and large outload auger ensures quick unloading, with 500 kgs unloaded in just 49 seconds!
- In under three minutes you can pull up beside your Top Feeda, set up the auger, deliver 500 kilograms, pack away the auger and drive away.
- The cost to deliver supplement using the Ration Runner 8 averages 94 cents per head per day.
Adaptable, Serviceable and Safe
- The Ration Runner can be easily removed from either the truck or trailer base in the event of scheduled maintenance.
- Augers can be quickly disassembled from main bin in the event of blockage or repair.
- Bin viewing windows allows quick visual of product remaining from the ground.
- All moving parts are fully enclosed and guarded for operator safety.
